This mailing is for those of you who participated last year. The committee is inviting you to join us again in 2011.
Non-Profit rate remains at $45
Restaurants and others rate remains at $65

Please note: Prize money remains the same this year. Also, we will have 3 judges who are chefs or food critics to judge the chili itself. We will have another team that will judge the other categories. Each team will be assigned a number….you will be judged using your number…not your chili name or your organization name….this is a new system for 2011.
