Community Partner Night
Danbury Westerner games offer great baseball with many of tomorrow’s pro stars. Join the crowd at Rogers Park in Danbury and experience exciting music, wonderful food, player autographs, birthday parties, raffles and meet Westy, our very talented mascot plus much, much more.
Westerners games serve as a venue for honoring our community’s bravest citizens – veterans and their families, police and firefighters, and to advance the interests of service and charitable organizations.
The Danbury Westerners Baseball organization is offering a great Community fundraising opportunity for the 2010 season. The team will make tickets available for designated 2010 home games to your organization, group of family at a reduced price, 50%, and your organization can keep the proceeds for up to the face value of the $5.00 ticket.
Our former 50-50 raffle is now a .333 Raffle, with one third to the raffle winner at the game, one third to the charity and one third to Westerners.
How it works: You will get a “major league” experience at a minor league price as you watch tomorrow’s stars chase their dreams today.
1. You secure a home date in either June or July.
2. Westerner Tickets cost just $5. We will make the tickets available to your organization at $2.50 each. For your fund raiser, your organization would pre-sell Westerner’s tickets for your designated game night. Example: You pre-sell the ticket at face value of $5 and your organization makes a profit of $2.50 for each ticket sold. You sell 250 tickets at $5; your organization makes $625 profit.
What Does “Community Partner Night” include for my group/league/company?
- Commit to 1,000 + tickets and our players will host a rally/meet & greet at your organization
- Top sellers for your organization will be recognized & called on field for opening ceremonies
- Top seller will throw out 1st pitch
- PA announcements throughout game
- Kids go out with starting position players for the National Anthem
- Pictures & Autographs session before pre-game ceremonies
- A discount package for food is also available
